The words are based on the ancient wisdom that everything you go through in life, is only to there to help you discover more of who you truly are. ​

Become the frequency (feeling) of what you want as though it has happened already, because in truth, everything you can imagine has already happened, because all time exists now. Everything you want, ​all your heart's desires, are actually who you truly are. Your desire is your spirit showing you who you truly are. Shift your thoughts and feelings to that reality, ignore what you see around you, and you will shift to that reality where you embody that higher version of you.

Your imagination is not fantasy, it is actually your mind tapping into a parallel version of you that has that thing or situation already. You cannot imagine non-existence, it doesn't exist, therefore everything you imagine yourself to Be or have, is already happening, it exists.

All your difficult times are only there to discover your strengths and help you hone in on what you really do what, who you truly are.

Once we accept that we are creating each moment in our life with our thoughts and feelings, we can then use our imagination to change those feelings into what we truly want. Allow the unexpected to happen, and you will find more of who you ​truly are.
